Privacy
This page explains how Crypton IT handles information submitted through public website enquiries and assessment forms.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Information you provide
When you submit a website form, Crypton IT may receive your name, work email, phone number, organisation or practice name, team size, selected assessment answers, result information, campaign or source details, and any optional free-text message you choose to provide.
How it is used
Crypton IT uses website information to respond to enquiries, produce requested assessment results, send requested checklists, arrange requested follow-up, maintain website and service security, and improve the website experience.
Service providers and overseas processing
Crypton IT uses service providers that support forms, CRM, hosting, email, security, analytics, and controlled business records. Some processing occurs outside Australia, including in the United States. Provider support teams and subprocessors may also operate in other countries.
Retention
Source form submissions are ordinarily configured for deletion after 90 days, subject to legal, security, complaint, active-opportunity, and technical requirements. Relevant enquiry information may be transferred to Crypton IT email, CRM, or controlled business records and kept under the applicable record category. Unconverted CRM prospect records are ordinarily retained for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction unless there is an active opportunity, complaint, consent, or another documented reason to keep them.
Security and analytics
Crypton IT uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational controls to protect website information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed. Website analytics are intended to use non-personal metadata such as page, campaign, offer, industry, and result labels, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, assessment answers, or free-text messages.
Access, correction, deletion, and questions
Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent to privacy@crypton.com.au . Security-incident reports can be sent to security@crypton.com.au .
